The international rhythmic gymnastics tournament “Yaroslavl Spring”

1. Goals and Objectives:
The international tournament is held for the purpose of popularization of rhythmic gymnastics, development of international relations in the world of sport and involvement of the world’s rhythmic
gymnastics celebrities in participating in the sporting event in Yaroslavl.

3. The international licenses:
Each gymnast is to possess a personal valid FIG-license. If a gymnast doesn't have the license, the result will be considered out of the contest.
4. Venue: Russia, Yaroslavl, sports center “Yaroslavl” (Yaroslavl, Tchkalov Str, 20)
5. Tournament Schedule: June 15-19, 2011
15 June, Wednesday - Arrival, examining, credentials committee, judges meeting.
16 June, Thursday - Day 1 of Competition .Official Opening of the Tournament. Continuation of the Competition.
17 June, Friday - Day 2 of Competition.
18 June, Saturday - Day 3 of Competition. Awarding of Winners. Official Closing of the Competition.
19 June, Sunday – Departure
6. Competitors:
A delegation is to be as follows: 4 gymnasts (2 seniors, 2 juniors), a coach and a judge (Brevet 1,2,3,4).

Gymnasts born in 1996 – FIG “juniors”
Gymnasts born in 1997 – FIG “juniors”
Gymnasts born in 1998 – FIG “juniors”
7. Deadlines for entries:
Preliminary entry: March 21, 2011
Definitive entry: April 18, 2011
Nominative entry: May 15, 2011

8. RG Floor: “Acrosport” Company. The floor satisfies the demands of the International federation of gymnastics. The size of the floor: 16x16.
9. Visas:
If the Russian visa is needed, we ask you to fill in the applied form and send it to the Organizing committee of the competitions (it is necessary to send a copy of the page of the foreign passport with a photo on it).
10. Awarding (FIG tournament) :
Awarding is to be held in each age category from 1st to 6th place.
Winners and prize-winners of the Competition are awarded with medals and diplomas, valuable prizes.
The trainer of the winner is awarded with a diploma and a memorable gift.
Each participant of the Сompetition will be given a memorable gift from the Organizers.
11. FinancingSingular financing
Plural financings:
Financial expenses on preparation and holding of the competitions are provided by:
- Yaroslavl City Department of Sports and Physical training, Yaroslavl City Rhythmic Gymnastics Federation.
- Entrance fee (FIG tournament) – 40 euros
- Entrance fee (categories 1999-2005 and younger) - 40 euros
- Entrance fee (group exercises) - 125 euros from a team.
12. Safety of participants and spectators:
To provide the participants and the spectators with safety, the competitions are allowed to be held in sport facilities possessing a permission to exploit it given by the State Commissions and Acts of technical readiness for holding sport event.
“Statute of providing participants and spectators of sport events with safety and public order, evacuation and warning” (№ 786 dated: 17.10.1983);
“Recommendations of safety precautions and traumatism preventive maintenance in sports and physical training”;
The International Federation of Gymnastics Rules of holding Rhythmic Gymnastics Competitions.
13 InsuranceSingular insurance
Plural :
Each member of the delegation should have an insurance. Those who have no such insurance are to inform the Organizing committee beforehand- the necessary policies will be given on arrival. Costs: 10 euro.
14. MusicSingular music
Plural music :
All music must be recorded on CD. 2 CD’s in CD-DA format (clearly labeled with the gymnast’s name, club, country, apparatus and category) for each exercise.
15. Official forms:
10 copies of forms FIG D/A for each exercise.
All foreign delegations are kindly requested to bring their national flags and anthems.
16. Living Conditions:
There will be organized a meeting for foreign teams at the airports of Moscow.
The organizing committee will cover the following expenses for all participants:
Transfers from Airport (Moscow- Yaroslavl), and Hotel - Gym (and back)
Banquet for judges
Meals for gymnasts
